In order to attend any event that is not on Shiloh Baptist Church property, you must have a Notorized Medical form signed and returned prior to the event. This form will cover you for any event in 2012. Each year you will need a new signed form. 2012 Medical Form

Feb 12	Pancake Fundraiser before Sunday School 8am - 8:45am in Family Life Center $5.00 Suggested Donation

Feb 26	No Youth. Meet in Worship Center for Geraldine & Ricky Ventriloquist Event

July 16 - 20	Wayfarer Camp @ the Beach Myrtle Beach, SC Cost: $370 ($50 deposit paid by Jan 28th) $390 ($50 deoisut paid AFTER Jan 28th)
