We are getting geared up for our 4th Annual Snowshoe Ski Retreat.

Trip Dates: December 26th - 30th, 2010

IMPORTANT DUE DATES and PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

July 25th (Sun) - $80.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is Due
Aug 25th (Wed) - $50.00 1st Payment is Due
Sept 26th (Sun) - $50.00 2nd Payment is Due
Oct 31st (Sun) - $50.00 3rd Payment is Due
Nov 28th (Sun)- $50.00 4th Payment is Due
Dec 12th (Sun) - $80.00 Final Payment is Due & Parent Meeting in Youth Room after Morning Service

You MUST fill out Both Medical Forms notorized.

Schedule:

December 26th - Leave from Shiloh at 7:00am. Spend night at hotel
December 27th - Finish drive to Snowshoe.
December 28th - All day skiing (open 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
December 29th - All day skiing (open 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
December 30th- Head home that morning. Return late that evening or super early the next morning.

Cost: $360.00
Non-Skiers Cost: $165.00
(Price includes: 6 travel meals, 4 lodging nights, 2 full days skiing with lift tickets and rentals,
all meals at ski lodge and Becoming work book.)

Additional Options:

Night of Arrival Skiing..........(purchased at the window only)- Adult $40.00, Student $38.00 and Junior $33.00
Snowboard Upgrade......No additional Cost. Same price as Skiis.
Helmet................................$10.00 per person/per day
Clothing - Ski Bibs..............$6.00 per person/per day
Tubing.........$17.00 for 2 hours. (Note: These are last year's rates. May be higher this year)
Ski Lessons.......$45.00 per person. 1.75 hrs
