Trip Dates: March 9 - 13th, 2012
IMPORTANT DUE DATES and PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
October 2nd (Sun) - $80.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is Due
Nov 6th (Wed) - $50.00 1st Payment is Due
Dec 4th (Sun) - $50.00 2nd Payment is Due
Jan 1st (Sun) - $50.00 3rd Payment is Due
Feb 5th (Sun)- Balances are Due and Parent Meeting in Youth Room after Morning Service
You MUST fill out Both Medical Forms notorized.
Schedule:
March 9 - Leave from Shiloh at 4:00pm. Spend night at hotel
March 10 - Finish drive to Snowshoe & Night Skiing
March 11 - All day skiing (open 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
March 12th - All day skiing (open 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
March 13th- Head home that morning. Return late that evening or super early the next morning.
Skier/Snowboarder Cost: $350.00
Non-Skiers Cost: $240.00
Non-Renters: Deduct $32.00
(Price includes: 6 travel meals, 4 lodging nights, 2 1/2 days skiing with lift tickets and rentals,
all meals at ski lodge.)
Additional Options:
Night of Arrival Skiing..........(Included in Skier Cost).
Snowboard Upgrade......No additional Cost. Same price as Skiis.
Helmet................................$10 per person/per day
Tubing.........$15 for 2 hours.
